  1. Using the template draw a flower in the centre of a yellow paper plate and cut it out using scissors<\/a>.<\/li>\r\n
  2. At the back of the paper plate cover the cut-out flower shape with pastel washi tape, taping the back of one side of the shape to the other, until the entire flower is covered.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Using Glitter Felt letters<\/a> spell out \u2018Best\u2019 at the top of the plate and \u2018Mum\u2019 at the bottom of the plate.<\/li>\r\n
