How to Make
- Using a template, draw a heart in the middle of a red paper plate and cut it out.
- Cut a plastic pocket (you can also use Acetate) so that it is slightly bigger than your heart shape. Then draw a heart and flower design using deco pens.
- Using sticky tape, stick the decorated plastic pocket to the back of the paper plate, covering the entire heart shape cut-out.
- Using a white deco pen draw lines around the edge of the paper plate, you can use the grooves of the paper plate as a guide.
- Use white glitter glue to go over the top of the white lines previously drawn.
- Create a loop with ribbon and stick to the back of the plate using sticky tape.
